We are so happy with our new floors. They look great. It took about one week from the time we picked our flooring to completed installation. We were so pleased that they got it done so quickly. They broke our oven handle and gave us credit off the final payment with no argument. Eduardo, the salesman, was great to work with and very knowledgeable of the entire project. The installers are very hard workers and did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend them!!

Bram Flooring completely transformed our home. It looks like a whole new house with just the floors being replaced! We worked with Virgil and he was awesome to work with. He always answered my calls and text messages. I knew right after our in home estimate we would be going with Bram Flooring BECAUSE of Virgil and his honesty. He was upfront with us and answered any questions we asked. We had so many other companies come give us estimates and they were so pushy and were trying to sell us the highest product. Virgil was the opposite. Not at all pushy. He gave his honest recommendation when I wasn't sure on what type of flooring I wanted to go with. Our floors were finished in 4 days. We went with Luxury Vinyl flooring. It is absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I had in mind. It has been a few months and it is holding up extremely well! We are so pleased with it. It's so easy to keep clean. I 100% recommend Bram Flooring!!!

Nice company - seemed like they would be a great organization to work with but wouldn't take my project after explaining that we had tile already picked out and were only looking for labor to install wall tile, floors and decorative tile in a cutout in the shower wall. I was told that they are inclined not to take small jobs like this and would only consider larger projects.

So my recommendation is that if you are not having them do a full remodel, look elsewhere since this was what they told me to do as well.

It's a shame that you either are unwilling to be truthful or were not listening to me - neither of which are acceptable for a business owner.
I specifically asked for three  things:

1.  A 4 ft.² decorative niche in the shower
2. Tile installed above the shower including tile being installed across the entire vanity wall that is 9 feet wide by 8 feet high
3. And floor tile in a 9 x 6 bathroom space

When I was speaking with you, you asked me how soon was I looking to have this done. You had indicated that it was going to take up to five weeks to get someone potentially out to the site. I said at the time that we could work with that timeline. But when you lost interest was when I had said that we were already having another company install our marble walk in shower and that my contractor had already started work on Durocking and plumbing the space.
It was then that you indicated "we can't take jobs these small - it's too much for us to take on little jobs like this. Getting a crew of guys out there just isn't worth the time for jobs this size."
I have no problem with being told no. But I do have a problem with this honesty. It's better to own things and realize when mistakes have been made rather than deny them and mislead potential customers here on Yelp.

Had our patio done in Jan 2022 and have small buble but will not repair without charge. Check warranty first!

They were extremely flexible with changes I created and did an excellent job.  Misty and the folks doing the work were always very pleasant.

We selected this company based on reputation and reviews. They were on time with quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company if you're considering replacing your floor, you won't be disappointed.

We had 1100 sq ft of new tile installed replacing existing tile. Michelle was wonderful in helping me choose the color. She had said she thought it could be done in 5 days, so we set the date. Because of the amount of work still to be done after the 2nd day, my husband called the office and next thing you know Tom shows up with 4 more guys to help. They completed the project within 5 days. Due to my husband's medical issues, it was quite a hardship for him. Imagine his surprise when Tom offered to help him repair a desk that we had dismembered! Totally professional group of people, and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks, Tom! You are a true professional that cares about the clients!

Floor Source AZ is the real deal. We had about 1400 sq ft of flooring and demolition of the existing floor.
They finished on time, the result was above expectations, the quoted price is what we paid. And they stayed in contact with us throughout.
I highly recommend this company.

They do stellar work, in a timely manner, and at a fair price.  Literally nothing to complain about.  If you go with anyone else... you're making the wrong decision.

Great experience/ Fair price.  Guys came in ready to work.  Very professional and the leader, Antonio, explained everything to me.  They cleaned up and left my floor ready for installation of new flooring. Very little dust... just as promised!  Highly recommend!!

Our plan was to finish the flooring we had started replacing with another project, so we already had our tile picked out. Bruce and team came in and finished the job making it look seamless. Highly recommend, and would do business with Gainey again.

Eduardo gave a reasonable quote (I've had some tile done in the past by other contractors, and other quotes  so I am aware of what a good price for this kind of work is) the team was very clean, respectful, and professional. I would definitely use them again for flooring needs!

We found ourselves in a major time crunch to get our garage floor coated. After contacting several companies trying to get a quote and an idea of when they could do the job, we found First Class Coatings. Eric took my call on a Sunday and was very accommodating and understanding of our scheduling problems. Eric even came to our site and provided an amazing quote that same day. The job was completed on time within two days of my original call to First Class Coatings. Please do yourself a favor before you pick a floor coating company let Eric have the opportunity to bid your job.

First the good: their pricing is reasonable and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly. He was commutative and came out within 24 hours of me calling for a quote. However the installation did take longer then quoted. They left construction debris (tile spacers, razor blades, thinset) in the front yard. The tile turned okay. There were a few areas that were roughly cut and spaces left ungrouted. There were also some lips in the tile. My biggest complaint is the quality of work with the trim/baseboards. I reached out to the owner to fix the issues. He told me he would send a guy out for months to fix the trim but never did. He did however refund the money for the baseboards and clean up the front yard which I did appreciate. Not sure if I just had a bad experience with these guys or what but I wouldn't use them again.
